These Doors Aren’t Open. Yet…

Friends, I know some of you are standing in a hallway right now — waiting.

You can feel that God is doing something. You sense it in your spirit. There’s a door up ahead with our name on it. But right now, it’s still closed. We are waiting and it is one of the hardest things we’re asked to do.

Here’s what I want you to hear today: closed doesn’t mean No.

Sometimes God closes a door because the timing isn’t right. Sometimes He’s still working on you before He works through you. And sometimes the waiting itself is where He’s building the faith you’ll need once that door finally swings open.

Habakkuk didn’t understand God’s timing either. He cried out, “How long, Lord?” And God’s answer wasn’t instant relief — it was a promise: “For the vision awaits its appointed time… though it linger, wait for it; it will surely come.” (Hab. 2:3)

So if you’re in the hallway today like us — praying, hoping, and continue knocking. The door isn’t open yet. But it hasn’t been shut for good either. Soon the Lord will open…

Pastor Dave.
